My resent level 60 hunter died on the overlord quest in hellfire. If you are to do this quest I think you should try it at level 63 or 64. Ironstarfalls story. I had just hit level 60 that morning and headed out to hellfire. I was very happy to be back in outlands. So I did have a few near death times in hell(fire) I lived . The overlord quest was my last quest to do in my bundle of quests(and if I had done it I would have gotten level 61.) So I was clearing out a path of 62 demons and I found myself in a pickle. I had a level 62 and 63 on me. So I killed the 62 and she spawned a lot of imps and fire. The 63 killed my pet and I was in a FD in the fire. I would have died anyways so I ran and tossed on a heal and did not live to get level 61 . I play in the guild wowironman on WA if you want to join and or talk with me .

6 fail iron attempts now, from level 46-85. SO tired of Loch Modan :)

Sorry to hear about your death There are several quests like that in Hellfire Peninsula that I don't do right away, even when I'm on my hunter. Usually I get to Outland for questing at 62 or late 61, and after the basic quests in HP I'll go to Zangermarsh and mostly complete it rather than risking the sketchiest HP quests. I'll only come back for those at 66--if at all. In other words, I am far more cowardly than you! So, when you get back there, feel free to be as conservative as you want to be. Nobody will judge you for it

It's pretty safe, but you must be careful. Clear all the terror fuckers, then carefully pull each demon bitch alone. After everything is dead, engage the big dude. Also, no idea what pets are you using, I'm using a turtle and there's no normal mob that can kill it...
