I have always waited on Alliance toons until I could fly to this.
Here's a question: Is there a reasonably safe way to get there earlier?

Fly with the toy box granted flight paths and run the short distance from the closest flight path or just flat out run there normally. Any character over 25 should be able to make it easily... lower than that if you do it carefully. Just avoid the horde encampments/guards.

probably doable, easier with stealth. Not sure there is a way to avoid all fights though
Xayashobak lvl 79 pandaren hunter (dead) Wyrmrest Accord Xayageva lvl 65 greenman worgen hunter (alive) Wyrmrest Accord Xayabara lvl 74 bloodthirsty draenai hunter (alive) Wyrmrest Accord Xayabow lvl 120 tinman nightelf hunter (41 deaths) Wyrmrest Accord

I am able to get to Arathi, but not on a rogue, so was asking before I risk it.

I've never done this on a non-stealth class (and i see you're not a rogue, but could work for a druid too), but the way I get into Hillsbrad (for a couple of arche digsite) before I can fly is to avoid the wall by swimming from Arathi. I go down to the coast just past Stromgarde and swim up toward Hillsbrad. I make landfall as soon as I can, since the digsite I want is near there, so I haven't scouted the water/coastline further, but probably avoid the Southshore area. There ARE mobs you'd have to fight (or sneak past) but the plan would be to head for the river. Travel up the river to get past the Tarren Mill area. You can then pretty safely get over to Chillwind for the FP (assuming you don't have the FP toy). Then you'd have to get thru Alterac, etc to the PvZ area. I've never done it before I can fly. I find it just too much trouble to get there on Alliance every day.
