So for my low level WoD only toon:
Healing is really reduced from what it used to be. I had been fighting mobs at level and that's mostly gone now, I'm doing greens for the most part.
Mana seems better, but must be mostly spent on DPS, the healing is not worth much. Trying to heal your way out of a bad situation will not work.
I am using roots and caster a lot more - it's practically a requirement for a rare.
I tend to open as a caster, and finish as a bear, with a brief moment in the middle as a cat if the incoming damage isn't bad.
Double pulls even of greens and chain pulling are much too risky in most cases.
It might be that I need to get my intuitive rhythm down better and I'll be able to risk more, but right now I'm super cautious.

I have a minimal quest toon that I'm doing risky experiments with. It seems that for a mob at level it's better if I start as a caster using roots, then bear once the mob is well below half health, then finally finish in cat if the short time on bear wasn't enough to kill it. So the bear gets most of the melee attacks. No way would a double pull be a good idea doing this though, and usually if you're questing the mobs are sometimes close and/or patrolling, so if I was questing I'd still stick to green mobs.
