Loremaster is actually impossible, since even ignoring Cataclysm zones, you cannot complete Nagrand or Zul'Drak without doing the ring of blood-esque group quests. Nagrand one may be soloable by 85, Zul'Drak would not be I've tried to gather a few achievements along the way but haven't got as many as I'd planned - I do have the one to kill 15 turkeys in a short time though. which was a laugh, and one of the /love critter ones. Got a fair number of exploration ones, but won't be able to complete it entirely, due to lvl 90 guards on all the 1-5 zones; you can fly over most, but the Draenei and Blood Elf zones don't have flying enabled. Haven't tried the blood elf one to be fair, but doing the Draenei one on a horde lvl 85 (with gear!) took me three deaths to get far enough in to pop the map...

I just love doing achievements. It is hard on me not to be able to fish with my irons. I have Overachiever installed and every time I see a fish node ligth up in red "Need to be fished" I sigh. I'm going for Well Read - don't know if it will be possible - Happy Hour and Tastes like Chicken in the general sub-section. Then I'm trying to do as many holiday achievements as possible (not so many for a lvl 20-ish to do). I love Blastenheimer Bullseye and will go for it in a few days, if Warecs II is still alive that is. . Ghosts in the Dark - www.wowhead.com/achievement=5453 - is my favourite so far. It is an interesting scary Achievement, and if you're not a Draenei it will earn you Going Down as well ;D Exploration sounds like a P.I.T.A. I'm sure Silwermoon City is deadly. I always get killed there - and nowhere else - doing the Pilgrim's Bounty Let us compare when, and if, I reach lvl 85

Nagrand one may be soloable by 85, Zul'Drak would not be ... Is it really not possible to do 100 Quests in Zul'drak without dong these? There is in all 113 quests in Zul'Drak, and only 7 of those are Circle of Anguish-related. Same question for Nagrand the Ring of Blood consists of 6 quests, you have to do 75 out of 82. Or do these open up for other questlines? I'm really only asking out of curiosity. I have not done Loremaster on my main. And I did only do those Q (Ring of Blood etc.) because I helped somebody do them - yes, my main is a holy paladin

I did the ring of blood on my main and soloed the Nagrand one..and the Zul drak ones...I was in the high 80's if I remember..only on the last group in twilight highlands did I have help (I did try to do them alone and only got halfway)...don't all the zones have more quests than is needed for the achieve? I remember doing the Cata zones on my main and getting the achieve before I was done questing in the area...

And I did only do those Q (Ring of Blood etc.) because I helped somebody do them - yes, my main is a holy paladin I had to check wowhead to see where these 113 quests were, since it's never been possible to do that many; when WotLK first came out many people who accidentally picked the wrong breadcrumb to the zone got stuck on 99/100, because there were only 100 actually possible and if you chose the wrong breadcrumb you lost one. Two more were added to help but it's still impossible without the group quests, despite wowhead's listing 113 possible quests! I think it lists all the breadrcumbs, even though you can only do one. The list also includes the repeatable blessing quests, which do not count (they do first time but not when repeated, and both versions are in the list). I'm at 95/100 and have only skipped two quests outside the group ones so it seems impossible to me. Nagrand is similar, several on the list don't count or are mutally exclusive breadcrumbs; you basically have to do Ring of Blood to complete it. I've missed some in a chain from Shadowmoon as well, but I'm 10 short, with three from Shadowmoon, 6 from ring of blood, I still miss one! And I thought I'd done everything possible, so yeah, no way it's doable without ring of blood I think.

Outlands is terrible for the Loremaster type achievements. In addition to what's been stated above for Shadowmoon and Nagrand. If I remember correctly, what I was reading last week, there's only 2 quests available in Blade's Edge above what's needed for that zone.

I think you're right about Blade's Edge, I believe it includes having to farm up your Consortium rep (Netherstorm/Nagrand) so you can do a chain at revered or so (maybe even exalted?!) which ends up with a few quests in Blade's Edge. Pretty sure that chain was part of it anyway, plus maybe some of the Ogrila stuff counts too; so another tough one to get into. Should be soloable enough for an 85 ironman but still. If I get bored I may have a look and see how far I can get on mine now, got a week or so to fill until Diablo 3

Phew! that sounds tough. I have to try it out on my main. Thanks for enligthening me.
Does anybody know of an add-on to show which Quests you have already done? I'm not so good at add-ons al I only use a few funny-useful ones.

My minds drawing a blank on the names at the moment so I'll see if I can track them down. For Telzey I thought that one Achieve/Title I would have kind of liked to have was the 3000 quests for the Seeker (she hit the 2000 achieve at 83 just before I managed to get her killed). I'm not 100% positive this is doable as an Ironman Char but it might be by going back and clearing out all the old world zones.

Everyquest is my usual addon, I think there's another called QuestComplete or similar. I'm not running EQ on my ironman though, felt more ironmannish to go without - although now I've made it to 85 I may enable it and see what I missed!
The 3000 quests is likely possible by doing the old zones; I'm at about 2100 at present and there's a fair number of low level zones I skipped. Plus, event quests count, such as midsummer bonfires and the like; they reset each year but they're handy for pushing you over the 3000 mark when the event comes round.

I think ironstevo's druid, Ironsteve has been leveling almost solely on rare spawns.
I suggested that she get the Bloody Rare and Frostbitten achieve on him, it would be awesome, but tons of work!
I think one of the most impressive to see would be an ironman on a PVP server with some of the general PVP achievements, like "that takes class" and "know thy enemy".
Even if you weren't on a PVP server, getting the Gurubashi Arena Grand Master achieve would be pretty baller. I'm in the cape of stranglethorn now, I might try to sneak in getting the chest once for the Gurubashi Arena Master, but only if you all promise to "like" the video when I post it! Especially if I die, haha.

Bloody Rare would be cool indeed; if I'd run into a few more rares while levelling I'd have had a shot at it I think (did check spawnpoints when I remembered Frostbitten... unfortunately, several of those rares are still elite. And not *that* easy even on a geared and talented 85; my main (who only misses Vyragosa now) is a holy priest, not the greatest soloing spec, and found several fairly hard at 80, and being frank, at 80 I had more dmg capability on that priest than my ironman does at 85 It'd be a good challenge to complete, but possibly too risky, at least I wouldn't want to risk it, maybe those with shadowmeld or feign death would be more willing to try!
