Probably most of you guys know all these anyway, but for those who don't, there are a whole bunch of treasure items in Pandaria which give exp when looted! There are two sets, grey items which vendor for 90-100g and are always available for every character (once only; you can't see it again after you've looted it), and blues (usually BoA, some BoP), which are rare spawns much like treasure chests; once someone loots it it's gone till it spawns again some hours later (as with the greys, once you've looted it, you won't see it again on that character; your alts can still find and loot it though). I'm actually not 100% sure that the blues give exp, as it's ages since I found one with a lowbie, but I'll work on the assumption that they do: I know the greys give a very nice chunk of exp anyway!
There's maps of each treasure's spawns at www.wowhead.com/guide=1276/one-mans-trash-is-another-mans-treasure-riches-of-pandaria (disclaimer: I wrote that guide so it may not be as useful as I think it is; I'm probably a little biased ) and I reckon a fair number of these are safe enough for ironmen to look for.
Jade Forest:
All the greys are in mob-free locations, it may take a little care to skirt around mobs on the way to them but should all be safe.
The Ancient Jinyu Staff is fairly safe providing you avoid gorillas along the sides of the river while looking.
Wodin's Mantid Shanker is a bit of a nuisance to reach safely but the location itself is safe enough, while Jade Infused Blade is near a path; there are mobs around but it's likely reachable enough.
Hammer of Ten Thunders can spawn in a nice open area; or it can spawn in a walled in bit full of mogu. For the less safe areas it depends if you're confident possibly fighting 2 mogu at a time or not.
I do not recommend going for the Pandaren Mining Pick; even if you have stealth you will aggro something (or several somethings) trying to loot it.
Valley of the Four Winds:
The grey can't be reached without flying (I think there may be some tricks involving engineering and the like but basically, forget it)
The two spawnable mobs are in not-too-unsafe locations, but hardly ever seem to spawn...
Don't even think about the virmen cave cache; I found that one as a non-iron stealther and almost died as six different mobs aggroed me.
Paoquan Hollow is not an easy place at the best of times; I wouldn't recommend trying for Staff of the Hidden Master unless you're confident of fighting off possibly several mobs (those wasp swarms hurt...)
Krasarang Wilds:
The grey is in a cave, behind 3-4 lvl 87ish saurok. I believe with care these can be pulled one at a time, so it could be possible.
Banana Infused Rum recipe is only reachable by flying or else fighting through an entire hozen village to get up the hill; and there's often a rare elite standing on it anyway.
Equipment Locker and Pandaren Fishing Spear are both fine if you can reach the sea and don't mind a long swim to reach the right island for Equipment Locker (be careful of hozen on the islands and lvl 90 Students of Chi'Ji on another nearby island; however you can get there without aggro if you keep your eyes open)
Veiled Stair:
No trouble reaching Hammer of Folly; no mobs, nice and simple, just don't fall off the edge!
Kun'Lai Summit:
Ancient Mogu Tablet is fine, Rikk'tik's Tick Remover I think is ok but I can't 100% recall the layout; you may have to pass 1-2 mogu on the way there.
Terracotta Head is likely to be ok, depending where it spawns; the stone mogu nearby tend to be frozen then wake up for a bit; just keep a close eye on them.
Lost Adventurer's Belongings is on a mountain full of aggressive goats, however if you can find your way past, it should be ok (assuming the rare elite isn't standing on it)
I'd skip the ones in the caves; I don't think high lvl caves are worth the risk. Also skip Statue of Xuen, unless you have stealth; it is in a nice empty lake but the easiest way there is through the middle of a bunch of trolls. It may be possible for non-stealth classes to jump down some waterfalls to reach it but I wouldn't like to try myself; perhaps a pandaren with Bouncy racial would be less nervous than me though! (Slow fall/levitate would carry too much risk of overshooting into the troll camp, I think)
All the blues are in backs of caves or a camp full of aggressive yaungol so I'd forget those; if you like mountain climbing the recipe on the top of Mount Neverest may be alright though.
Townlong Steppes:
Abandoned Crate of Goods used to be ok (awkward given it's behind a camp of elites but you could skirt round the edges) but is now guarded by a lvl 90 elite; not worth it imo.
Amber Encased Moth is in a quiet spot but you have to pass a lot of sprites to reach it. Fine for stealthers, for others, depends if you feel safe taking on the mobs.
Fragment of Dread: cave of mobs (which have a lovely ability "fear of death" which puts you on 1hp and scares the hell out of you lol), wouldn't bother.
Hardened Sap, depends where it spawns really; can be in a nice safe spot, can be in aggro range of a bunch of mantid.
Yaungol Fire Carrier, I'd avoid unless you feel safe wandering around a yaungol camp. It's not that densely packed but it's not that safe either.
Dread Wastes:
No greys here and given how many wandering mobs there are, pretty much everywhere, I don't think it's a very safe zone to explore on foot. Given there's also mobs near most of the blues, I'd write almost all off as not worth the risk, with one exception: if you can reach Soggy's Gamble safely, the Swarming Cleaver of Ka'roz spawns in a nice clear patch of water a short swim from the flightpath.
