Just got my first "kill", on my Pacifist attempt, trying to do the "Red Snapper - Very Tasty" quest in Azuremyst Isle. No I didn't kill the Murloc that popped up when I cast my net, in fact I immediately ran away popping a shield. Unfortunately a helpful character killed the Murloc for me. And I guess, since I spawned the Murloc via the quest, I also got "credit" for the kill . Guess I"ll just work on my Ironman attempt for now.

Hi all;
I've been trying to do this for a couple of months now. My personal best is 69 as of this morning.
I'm here because it was a quest that killed me; Shadowmoon Valley (Burning Crusade) - The Fel and the Furious. There I was happily controlling a Fel Reaver from a ledge, killing infernals, when my screen started flashing red.
Turns out the mobs I hadn't killed with the Reaver were no longer following the Reaver...they were gunning for me, and I died.
I was INFURIATED, but I wanted to mention this here.
The Fel and the Furious - Shadowmoon Valley (Outland) is one to avoid and has been added to the spreadsheet.

You can just update the spreadsheet directly.

Considering the scaling feature, the level brackets on this spreadsheet seem largely redundant?

Do continue!
