off to level the {unnamed} hunter level 8 on the PvP server {unknown}...if I'm gonna die maybe it should be at the hands of the opposing faction.... STAY SAFE ALL moo Rusty Dearest Rusty, at lvl 17 you already made it through more than half the pages in the list of Current Challengers. That is an achievement, too. Winds be at your back! Warecs - lvl 18 and on page 20 of 50  That is very true, Most people who do this cannot make it past level 20, Hence why there are soooo many people under lvl 20, But even that, like you said, is a feat most cannot overcome. So keep your chin up, and you shall overcome the challange, It is definenetly not an easy task. |

On Raiding- My comment was meant for people's mains, to see how far we could get on blues or greens. You can't raid with your ironman toon- we'd all be pissed and yelling at each other the first time we died!! Also, it's IronMAN not IronGROUP. And we're all on different servers.
As a personal follow-up. After I got DC screwed at 41, I rolled another rogue and died to a shark at Menethil at 24. Rolled a Shaman and died doing an escort quest at 21. Rolled another Rogue died at 17 b/c I was looking at papers my wife handed me and didn't see a silver I was looking for walked over me while stealthed and killed me. JEEZ I'm having a hard time. Rolling another Rogue. I'm determined to hit 85 as a melee.

Hahaha (*crazy laugh*) join the club...killed my rogue yesterday in Darkshore when my son asked for some money, I stood up to hand him a twenty and a bear was attacking poor Rustyfang, who Evased and Darkflighted but was already dazed...dead. I told my son that character cost twenrty bucks and he owed me...  |

This is a new kind of death rage: Ironbobbi! Whatever happened to you? I'm on Steamwheedle Cartel EU. There's only one active Ironman other than me on the alliance side, said Ironbobbi. She's a level 43 NE Druid. The day before yesterday I put her on my friendlist. Yesterday a few minutes after log-in, I saw the message "Ironbobbi has gone offline", I never got to say Hello!. Today she was removed from my friendslist, and Armory does not know of her either. She is still on the list of active in the challenge, though. But maybe only until update. Ironbobbi, Where did you go? And are you the same as Ironbob who fell to his death in Jintha'alor same day as my Rustypally was killed (March 30)? I envy you on big servers with a guild  |

Dammit! Died again near lvling - one bar from 40! That was my new goal and I didn't even reach it. arrrrrrgh!
I did this stupid quest "Dealing with Zanzil" which takes you into ZG. I guess ppl must know that it kills you, I didn't. Apparently you have a bleepin millisecond to click on some stupdi bleepin rope ladder, which i did click on but apparently i didn't "click" enuf, I don;t know. wtf.
I am so gutted by this failure. I honestly don't want to do this anymore. i give up.
My prepaid time is up at the end month, and I'm not buying MoP and I don't want to invest any more money in this game.
So good luck all you crazy peoples, good on ya!

I'm sorry to hear that. Well done though, that's much higher than I've managed (and most other people too). I've heard of people dying to that quest, but didn't know which one it was. What class were you playing as?

That quest you died on has killed many an ironman and is listed in probably, most if not all, of the posts that give warnings on areas and quests to stay away from. |

ok I'm done. Got to 30 on rogue again. Then took on the silver elite wolf at the start of the hinterlands. Killed him ok with 150 health left, but before he died, hit me with his carnivorous bite. I thought fight was over and kind of looked to the next thing, and before I knew it, it ticked for 66 & 66 and then I was like, oh crap- I panicked and hit my food to eat instead of hitting my bandage, but I don't think it would have mattered. My click was late and the 3rd tick got me.
So I'm done with this I think. Got lots to do here and I'm just getting frustrated. I do like this though as it is a damn worthy challenge. See you all in MoP.

Well .. dead at 67. Was fighting casters in Terokkar forest around the bone wastes and got two spawn on me, I ran and one followed me, dropped freezing trap and he ran right over the top of it like it wasn't there. Then I guess he was channeling a spell while I FD'ed and he just kept going through it and killed me Not sure how I could have avoided that, or why the freezing trap didn't work. Every time I die its some kind of ranged caster mobs that get me. Ironhunt - Greymane |

I just died because the game quit just as I aggroed a mob and I was mounted so my pet couldn't defend me. I had no latency issues or lag spikes, the game just suddenly froze and quit. I logged back on extremely fast but I was already dead.
This is the 2nd time I've died due to the game bugging on me and I think I'm done with this challenge. I don't want to have this happen again at a higher level.
It's a lot of wasted time for something completely beyond your control.

Sensulato fell out of favor of the Gods and this lady perished to a random internet dc. She was about 5k experience from getting to level 64. I was expecting a far more honorable death to her, but I'm suprised she even made it this far, considering that I started her on Alliance side which I've never quested in before. But this night elf priest has a dream where she wishes to be reborn and will attempt to reach the stars yet again sometime in the future... |
