Journal:
I’ll make this short as I am a girl on a mission. I ventured out into Eversong Woods today for the first time. Not like I had a choice… I graduated school and mom and dad being the great parents they are moved without leaving me a forwarding address. Note to self, make sure to torment them later in a suitable manner. I am still paying off school bills so all of my money is going towards that. No new career options for me I am stuck killing, delivering, and doing headhunting jobs to pay the bills. Luckily I have my two companions Warbot and indentured imp Belpad to keep me company.
Well no sense in dreading it… I have a lot to do today and I might as well get on with it. As I wander these woods I reflect on how beautiful and annoying they are. Everywhere I go there are Feral Dragonhawk Hatchlings dying in droves to my Immolate and Corruption spells. I must say I am surprised the sky isn’t blacked out with ravens with the amount of killing I am doing. I can only hope to make it a more dreadful place with my perseverance. Luckily Belpad assist from time to time by my Warbot is a sluggard… always trailing along on my heels... Why won’t he kill something… I mean, he is a Warbot, isn’t he?
After doing numerous tasks my inner will power built up enough to allow Master Celoenus to train me in the ways of the voidwalker. I have heard that they make the best guardians for single blood elf females taking on the world. So Klathkrast is my new pal, he better do his job well or I am sending him straight back to the nether realms, they don’t look too kindly on failures there.
I find myself now travelling in the Ghostlands… yeah now this place is more like it. Gloomy, glowing growth on trees, plagued murlocs and starving animals. Yeah, a trained warlock feels at home down here in the forest with all the spiders. Down here even the squirrels are scared. Klathkrast is working out great. We are getting along fine, he grumbles when I send him into get bludgeoned by my numerous vanquished foes. All good. I learned some new spells… like health funnel, like I am gonna give any of my health this that blue blob… like that will ever happen. The ones that cheer me up the most, when I consider my financial difficulties, are Drain Soul, Drain Life and Soul Harvest... what isn’t to love about ruining someone’s day with those?
