Hi. I recently started a new Ironman character, and while I was in Goldshire I equipped my heirlooms just to duel someone (stupid, I know!) I didn't think that this would be a problem at the time, but now I have been red flagged and it sucks. I didn't leave Goldshire with my heirlooms on, nor did I kill anything or gain any experience, it was just 1 dual and then they were deleted again. Is there any chance of having the red flag revoked? I understand if this is not possible as I realise now that this was still a rule break, and if so I will just have to start again. Thanks.

Hey, sorry about that. Yea, heirlooms will get you flagged, and it is impossible to determine if you equipped them for a duel or for questing. If it allowed for duels, then cheaters might try to equip during a session, then removing before logging. Glad to hear that's not your style.
Easiest is to just start another toon or re-roll this one. You could keep this one as a "scout" - i.e., try difficult/risky quests first, then use your real iron... the "pros" do this.
Looking forward to watching your progress.

Yep, at least it happened early (low level)? I'd restart. Sorry.
Also, about "cheaters might try to equip during a session, then removing before logging," that's not possible anymore as I understand it. There's a trackable stat for total heirlooms equipped, so logout fakers don't work anymore. It's also permanent.
Some irons used to appear in armory with NO chest, shoulders, back, or head armors worn, but grey/whites in the other slots. Like jeez, that's not a hint of something wrong here. At least we don't have those cheaters anymore.
