Well, in light of Kat's demise, I figured, why not head out elsewhere that she didn't end up? So I managed a ride out to Azurmyst Isle to help these Drain Eyes...Something to do with them crying so much cause their airship crashed. Anyways, onna the lads wanted me to learn a new language, so I figured, why not? Give em something to be impressed by. Apparently, they were befriending the furbolgs on the island (wasn't that how Kat was killed? No, I think she was helping them...i'd better think twice about this!) and needed to understand one another. Daffy blokes, these, but I gave it a go, and followed around ghosts to various parts of the island...creepy! But there was no harm, and I even came out a hero...something about prophecies and such...buncha whoo-ha, that is! But I figured there was no harm in it, and then went ahead and helped out a couple of others that had worries and concerns. Apparently some fisherman was lost, and had to be brought back. Course, when i found him, I wondered if it wouldn't have been better to leave him lost! Apparently, his family died to the deranged owlbear creatures on the island....And after seeing what caused the ruckus, I was wondering if helping out these Drain Eyes was such a good idea...bloody big crystal was stickin' out the fisherman's roof! Then he tells me he don't want revenge, but he wanted the remains of his family...After what he'd described--his family being swallowed whole--I didn't wanna go digging thru owlbear poo just so's he could bury a few fingers and teeth! But to get him to stop cryin, I went ahead and looked for remains. During my search, I found some bird named Magwin, who said that her family was attacked by the murlocks and owlbears. Sounded familiar, so I took her back to the wreckage of her house. I think she was greivin' just a bit too hard, and felt that she had nothing to live for, cause she started just attackin' any of the owlbears we came across. Thanks to a few fireballs, I managed to drag her kicking and screaming to the docks, where she and her father were reunited. It was a bit touching, though awkward, cause then Cowlen, that's the fisherman, told me that I was like a sister to him. Not that he's my type, or anything, but maybe a roll in the hay to celebrate life would have been better than the bracers he gave me. Oh well, it's enough to get me two coins to rub together. And these Drain eyes need to figure out a public transport thing for their island...! Alla that running and such tuckered me out, so I went back to the inn and had me a bit of rest.
