Now that is is possible to skip the trip through the Maw (if you have at least one character who has done it), it's finally possible to take Pacifist Challengers to Shadowlands zones.
To skip the Maw, go to Highlord Mograine (Alliance, SW keep), talk to Whitemane, select "I've heard this tale before" - just like skipping BfA or Legion intros.
When you arrive in Oribos, you are asked to select bwtween "Threads of Fate""Replay Storyline". You'll want to choose "Threads of Fate". Then just follow the short quest chain into Oribos where you'll have the opportunity to select a covanant.
Also be sure to train your professions in Oribos.
This will be an ongoing list of Pacifist safe World Quests (non-profession based). It's likely to be a very short list and will be expanded as people do more testing. Always SCOUT first before risking a pacifist! (I haven't included any quests that haven't been available to scout since the Maw skip was introduced.)
PACIFIST SAFE:
Bastion:
* We'll Make an Aspirant Out of You
* A Steward for Every Occasion
** Things Remembered (from Xaya: Must wait for others to kill the mobs, thus a very high risk of proximity kills)
Ardenweald
* a dangerous harvest
Maldraxxus
* Calling the Champions
* just winging it (there may be some AoE from Theater of Pain at the landing point)
Revendreth
* Aid from above
There are also profession World Quests, which will show up in the various zones from time to time. You must have a skill level of 25 in a given profession for the WQ to show up for you.
The main danger with some of these is their locations, especially for Herbing, Mining, and Fishing. Some are in areas with hostile mobs, and always be aware of other players in the area who might be killing things.
