Taken from wowwiki Ironman challenge page does this mean we can solo older ones for the achievments? clarification required please. also if allowed would dungeon quests be out of the question?

if you earn any dungeon achievements, should your toon be listed on the wowironman.com site, you will be "disqualified" from the challenge.
however, this being a personal challenge, if you feel like you really need to run the old content, feel free. no one can/will stop you. i'm kinda unsure why it'd be necessary to subject yourself to a very volatile situation in terms of survivability, but if you think it's important, go for it
as to your other question: entering a dungeon to complete a quest (i.e. the Deadmines quest "visions of the past") is fine

i was handed in a quest in a dungeon which i got from lights hope and when i checked the "5 dungeon quest ach" it had increased by 1 this could be and issue if someone was to get the achivement but not actually do the dungeon "maybe inform people that handing any dungeon quests in even if there not actually doing the dungeon could be detremental to there challenge stats.
