Apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I can't find any reference to it... Since First Aid is allowed, is it within the rules to use Anti-Venom (made with the First Aid prof) to remove poison effects?

I would say no. Even though First aid is allowed, this would fall into the no potions, elixirs, scrolls, etc. rule to me.
Of course, I tend to be pretty strict on the rules for myself. Others might feel differently.

Roll a dwarf, they get a built-in "potion" that removes poisons, bleeds and something else, plus it reduces incoming damage by 10% for 8 secs.

Dwarves are not gnomes! Any race that is not a gnome doesn't get played. So... I take it the topic of anti-venom has never really been discussed? I guess it all depends on whether using one would flag you as having used a consumable on the ladder site? I'm about to venture through Duskwood so they'd be kinda handy... but I'll resist using them until someone tells me unequivocally that it's ok
