Never happened to me, it's possible that the script is interfering with an addon that you use. I currently only have Bartender,Shadowed Unit Frames and Sexy map.

fiveiron Yes it only disables the Auto-Attack/Target NPC's command, it works normally with UI elements, like bags/bars/chat etc. Xaya It only works for your current character login session, so the moment you log off the RMB will function normally. It's 2 scripts because you can't fit all the text in one macro (I didn't write it in the first place, just found it on the wow forum). Best use is, make 2 macros with those two commands that you run when you log in on your character. Or get an addon that runs custom scripts on startup (there is one, forgot the name) @stone Right click will still work with equipping stuff from your bags, I think you'd need to change the script or write a completely new script to disable right clicking bag items. Or as far as I know, addons that delete items / auto vendor items based on rules you define are permitted.

I've learned to only use LMB, except for RMB when steering or interacting with vendors. It's only difficult to adjust to at first. This script, does it still allow you to steer or interact with vendors by RMB? Looks very useful. Scripts are allowed, just like macros. You can't interact with vendors either with RMB, but you can with LMB. And yeah, you can still steer your character, and right click in UI.

Brought this up here as Stone suggested to hear your opinions on this.
As a pacifist I've removed absolutely all the harmful spells on my bars, however the auto attack by right clicking something low level has probably been the end of pacifists in the past. You can mistakingly right click a critter next to the herb you're about to pick and that's the end of that toon.
I know that you can disable your right mouse button all togehter if you have a more expensive mouse, so I've been doign some digging and I have found a script that you can run in wow that replaces your right click keybind (since you can only change mouse button 3,4,5+ binding directly from the keybind settings, but not mouse button 2)
This is the script I'm talking about. First run:
/run local f=CreateFrame("button","mlook")f:RegisterForClicks("AnyDown","AnyUp")f:SetScript("OnClick",function(s,b,d)if d then MouselookStart()else MouselookStop()end end)SecureStateDriverManager:RegisterEvent("UPDATE_MOUSEOVER_UNIT") And then run:
/run local f=CreateFrame("frame",nil,nil,"SecureHandlerStateTemplate")RegisterStateDriver(f,"mov","[@mouseover,exists]1;0")f:SetAttribute("_onstate-mov","if newstate==1 then self:SetBindingClick(1,'BUTTON2','mlook')else self:ClearBindings()end") I have tested it and it works, and you are able to still use the Left Click to mine/herb/loot. But is it alright to use it?

Wanted to share my finding. The official Armory app that you can get on your phone/tablet can help you decide on what class to choose because it can show you a list of the spells that you're able to learn without choosing a spec. Good luck on your challenges

I haven't reached very far with my pacifist yet, but this information is golden. I was thinking of jumping off the ship that takes you off to Pandaria, didn't realise the portal opens. Thank you very much.

They are fished from most any water on darkmoon island, and available at all fishing skill levels. Paci's can fish them up, use them as currency, food or ingredient, and sell them on AH. However, more generally, completing the quest itself does not require fishing skill or fishing activity (or killing), so should be available to even normal irons if they buy the fishes from the AH. That is, like most quests it is not restricted. Even a paci that chooses not to learn fishing could do this too. I do advise caution if the Moonhowl wolves are up on the island when heading to the last location to finish the quest, but shoreline is normally a safe path. The dungeon or battleground item quests handed in to the archaeology/deck quest NPC are also unrestricted, even though irons should not be gaining these items themselves. This opens a wider question of whether quests from items purchased on the AH are allowed, but historically these have always been allowed or at least overlooked. These dungeon/BG quests are tracked by achievements, and thus visible in armory if any toon has completed them either at least once or not at all. Like many other grey areas, it is usually a matter of personal choice whether to use these or not. Most high level irons have plenty of gold to spare for these purchases if desired, especially when exp gets hard to come by. 100 daggermaw will typically cost more than the BG/dungeon quest items for the same exp gained per level, but naturally rates vary. You just need to level your profession to 75+ in order to see the profession quest. Had to do this recently, the quests weren't available till I leveled them up.

There's no such thing as a class change in the shop, I have no idea what you're talking about. Anyway, I'll accept whatever decision Stone reaches. Just wanted to say that from my PoV the race change is merely cosmetic (you can only race change into races that your class can play from level 1). If someone were to do pacifist pandaren from the start they'd be factionless.

Five Iron had pointed out that the Pandaren have extra bonus rest xp and something else... can't remember exactly what but it's not strictly cosmetic (which I thought it was). Bonus rested exp isn't techincally an advantage, it's just waiting less time logged off to get more rested exp bars than on other races. Rested exp percentage is the same. The other racials are 100% increased food buff (can't use), and a 4 second stun that breaks on dmg (exactly as gouge which I have as a rogue). What if I racechange once I hit 100?

It's especially great for a pacifist. Since you can't even afford shoe laces at the start

The no need to sell gear also applies if you choose to roll an undead, right from the start point you should be able to access a few quests that don't require killing. So it's enough to get you herbalism.

I have some questions my self about the pacifist challenge, and I didn't want to start a new thread.
I was planning to do the pacifist challenge on a pandaren character, what's better fitting eh. But since it's impossible to leave the island and choose a faction without killing mobs for the chain quests, I was thinking of a few plausible alternatives and I want to know if any of these would be accepted: 1 ) Be in a party with someone else on the isle that kills the mobs for the quests you need. 2 ) Start off the challenge as a different race, and race change into pandaren.

Should specify Alliance or Horde. And EU or US, Argent Dawn exists on both regions.
