I've been looking but couldn't find, so I thought it best to ask before starting something myself: is there a place where Pacifists are keeping track on what quests are:
- Pacifist-safe (i.e. what the quest ask us to do is not considered kills (extinguishing certain fires, for example))
- not Pacifist-safe (i.e. what we feel is harmless is considered a kill (breaking ice tombs, for example))?
Also, would you Pacifists out there be interested in such a list?
((Yes I'm aware many advise against questing as Pacifists, but that's not how I envision the challenge and I'm sure I'm not alone in that ))

Impossible to do:
1-100 Darkmoon Faire - It's Hammer Time - Counts as kill.
1-10 Dun Morogh - Entombed in Ice - Breaking the icy tombs counts as kill.
10-20 Bloodmyst Isle - They're Alive! Maybe... - Free from a cocoon counts as kill.
20-25 Hillsbrad Foothills - The whole quest chain "Plants vs Zombies" that starts with Basic Botany and the following daily counts as a kill since Legion prepatch.
30-40 Desolace - Portals of the Legion - You can banish the Portal, but can't grant you credit for the quest without kill spawned Demon.
85-90 Valley of the Four Winds - Pest Problems - they count as kills.
1-120 PvZ counts as kills (added by Xaya)
Dangerous:
1-100 Darkmoon Faire - The Humanoid Cannonball - You have non-zero chance to not even get the wings ('misfired'), and the fall will kill you. Only cat-form saved me at ~10% health.
1-10 Azuremyst Isle - Red Snapper - Very Tasty! - Spawned murloc binds to you. if other player "helps you" and kills it, your kill counter will increase.
1-10 Teldrassil - The Relics of Wakening - The NPC that automatically spawns to guard you can easily increase your kill counter. Moving around the tunnels is tricky. Having said this, it *is* possible to complete this quest without kills -just challenging.
10 + Loch Modan - The entire Series of Explorer's League Documents (1-6). Safe to do, but beware aggro and proximity kills.
10-15 Westfall - Murder Was The Case That They Gave Me - Just like before, some homeless people will aggro you. Make sure there are no other players around.
20-25 Duskwood - A Curse We Cannot Lift - Make sure there are no other players around. You have to weaken him to about 20% health before you can use the syringe. Do not kill him! And do not die! Better do it at 27-29 lvl. VERY dangerous quest, but possible. Then the next questline (useful for pacifist) will be available.
20-25 Ashenvale - Of Their Own Design - Burning Bathran’s corpse does not count as a kill. However the quest itself is very risky, forcing you out of stealth at least twice, in an area heavily populated with hostile mobs.
20-25 Ashenvale - The Lost Chalice - Be careful - there are many satyrs walking in stealth in the area.
20-25 Ashenvale - A Shameful Waste - Be careful - there are many satyrs walking in stealth in the area.
30-35 The Cape of Stranglethorn - Message in a Bottle - Be careful - there are many panthers walking in stealth in the area.
30-40 Desolace - Elune's Gifts - Be careful - there are many satyrs walking in stealth in the area. It's prequest for the next quest chain.
30-40 Desolace - Bone Collector - Big chance (>50%) that a Kodo Apparation (38 lvl) will spawn and attack you. Be ready to run away. Prepare for an escape route.
35-40 Feralas - All 4 quests Forces of Nature: Hippogryphs/Faerie Dragons/Mountain Giants/Treants: they can sometimes spawn a mob. If another player comes along and kills it, your kill count could go up. Either way, the mob has a root ability and can catch someone unsuspecting off guard.
64+ Nagrand - Stopping the spread. While putting the bodies on fire is paci safe, there are many mobs that patrol all around
80+ Jade Forest - Spitfire (added by Xaya)
85+ Jade Forest - Hidden Power and Saving the sutras. Doing the quests is paci safe, but lots of mobs around (added by Xaya)
Safe quests:
1-10 Dun Morogh - It's Raid Night Every Night - Just stand (not far away) and wait.
1-10 Azuremyst Isle - A Cry For Help - Escort quest. It is likely that the npc kills the mobs on its own.
10-20 Bloodmyst Isle - Irradiated Crystal Shards - You don't need to kill anyone. Just buy the quest items on the AH.
10-20 Bloodmyst Isle - Catch and Release - Doesn't count as kill. And you can complete it even without stealth (from the water).
10-20 Darkshore - The Last Refugee - Escort quest. NPC easily kills the elementals 1vs1 (not 2). At the same time you can do Coaxing the Spirits (2/4 spirits).
10-20 Darkshore - Mutual Aid - Wait until 4 npc-bears kill attacing elementals. Stand away from their fight in the camp. Then just use the totem on elem corpse.
20-25 Ashenvale - Astranaar's Burning! - Doesn't count as kill.
20-25 Ashenvale - Closure is Only Natural - Doesn't count as kill.
25-30 Arathi Highlands - Home Sweet Gnome - Enter Gnomeregan and talk to NPC. Counts as Dungeon-quest.
25-30 Arathi Highlands - Goggle Boggle - Escort quest. 38 lvl professor doesn't need to be defended from 26 lvl elementals hehe. Just follow him and stand away from the fight.
25-30 Arathi Highlands - Death From Below - 40 lvl Captain vs 26-27 lvl Nagas. Go up to the ship and wait until the end of fight. Then get your xp.
25-30 Northern Stranglethorn - Spared from Madness - Breaking the cage doesn't count as kill.
30-35 Southern Barrens - Langridge Shot - When you fire your cannon, it doesn't have any target. Doesn't count as kill.
