After 90, there isn't much for a passive in WOD, because you can't train profs, right? So all you can do is look for treasure? you can still pick nodes and herbs the first one should give you something to learn the new skill. However mob can spawn when you pick a node or herb

There are training manuals for Draenor herbalism and mining that are supposed to drop the first time to pick an herb or mine a node. However, personally, I've never done iit on any of my pacifists. The nodes are highly likely to spawn multiple mobs, and for me, it's not worth the risk.
As far as Draenor goes, I fly around and do some exploration, maybe grab a few treasure (burr really very few in my cass(. At least one of my pacifists never went to Draenor at all.
The nodes in Pandaria give exp up to 92-93, but my choice is to switch to doing old world archeology almost exclusively (besides the SW cooking/fishing dailies and holiday quests). Since I can't fly in Legion or BFA, I do the same things for them, minus much exploration. YMMV of course, depending on how comfortable you are in those zones.
I believe there is also a Fishing Manual that drops in Draenor when you first fist there, but again, no personal experience with it.

You're welcome! Draenor is pretty scary, for me at least. I know people have different levels of risk tolerance, but I just speak from my own experiences and (low) level of risk tolerance. By the time you get into the 90's (and actualliy way sooner) it really hurts to lose a toon!

No way that I know of for a pacifist to get the book you need to start cooking in Draenor. I've never done it so I looked on Wowhead. It says ""The Joy of Draenor Cooking is a world drop in Draenor and requires level 90" I looked at the list of mobs it drops from, which is a lot, but it's a kill quest. Sadly.

They are all pacifist 'safe' except the fight under the Cathedral in Stormwind. However dropping the stinkbombs in Undercity will flag you and trying to douse the horde Wickerman will not only flag you but you are 99.9% likely to die to a guard or player. There is a tiny safe spot where the guards won't aggro but I wouldn't risk that  |
