This isn't a death rage as much as it's an elixir rage... Red flagged at 109 for accidentally clicking on an elixir instead of putting in on the AH for sale. ouch that hurts, know the feeling equipped a blue item by mistake at 101 a while back. Now I always use the left mouse button for anything that can flag me, take longer but a lot safer

Not so much a death, but lost a level 60 because I accidentally equipped a blue that was a green quest reward that turned blue. Really salty because this is the third time I've lost a toon to equipping blue armor, but it was my fault for equipping armor so quick.

 Apparently not even Org is safe these days, I was in there today and was murdered by a protean spawn while I was afking there. I'm wondering how in the world did a mob from a bc dungeon get in the middle of org (I was by the transmog hut) to murder people. |

Apparently not even Org is safe these days, I was in there today and was murdered by a protean spawn while I was afking there. I'm wondering how in the world did a mob from a bc dungeon get in the middle of org (I was by the transmog hut) to murder people. weird...Tomorrow should start the prelauch scourge events, but it's the first time I see something like this...

It was a first for me too, I showed my friends and they were rather wtf? over it as well.
The background of the above pic is the bridge in Org a couple paces away from where you spawn from releasing your body in the city.

I just logged into my mage, teleported to Stormwind to take the portal to the Caverns of Time for the Anniversary Daily.
Didn't realize I was PVP flagged, only to be attacked by a hordie and killed.

Be Careful. Yeah, part of the preShadowlands event. There was lvl 50 scourge in Redridge and Duskwood, not scaled nor phased

Sorry if there is already a thread - couldn't find it.
End of a late night session and was running my L30-ish ironman up the stairs in one of the Zep towers in Orgrimmar.
Briefly nodded off and ran right up the stairs and off the edge. I opened my eyes c couple of seconds later to the release spirit notice in the centre of my screen.
Splat.
