I'm an old ironman challenger, got to 65 (Shaniron) and 85 (Chaniron) during WoD, died, stopped but left a lowbie iron rogue (Ironarya) at 29. After this Christmas, decided to go for iron again and leveled up my rogue just in time for 7.3.5. I'm 61 in Outland.
Pre-patch, I tracked the HP of a few mobs, and checked them today After-patch 7.3.5.
Infernal warbringer (East of Honor Hold) - lvl58 , 2593HP ----> lvl 60 , 11216HP (at 61)
Infernal warbringer (East of Honor Hold) - lvl59 , 2747HP ----> lvl 61 , 11371HP (at 61)
Sister of Grief (Honor Point) lvl 60 - 2496HP ----> lvl 60 , 9533HP (at 61)
Sister of Grief (Honor Point) lvl 61 - 2581HP ----> lvl 61 , 9666HP (at 61)
So we're talking about 4x - 4.3x HP increase, seen from a lvl 61 POV in outland.
As subtlety, I tried to kill an Infernal, and... I can kill one, yes, every 2 mins, I have use 2-min cooldowns like evasion. And even so, low HP alarms are ticking all over my screen, and my fight time increased from 5 seconds to 20-30 seconds.
Damagewise, they don't seem to hit harder.
White damage from our autoattacks seemed to increased a bit, specially crits seem higher (150-->200). The non-crit range went from 30-80 ----> 40-80.
Views from irons with other lvl, classes, locations ?

I was questing in Southern Barrens on my level forty warrior, trying to grind SW rep, when I first realized the mobs had scaled from 30 to 40. Like pedrolucas said, I can only take on one at a time...before, even at the same level, I would survive against two, maybe three.
Ugh, I hate this....if they don't do anything to change this, I might just quit the game altogether.

Yeah, seeing similar. Before patch, my 89 Monk would go over to Firelands and do the dailies, and at 89, was one-shotting everything. So after patch, went over to do the same dailies, (like kill 6 invaders, punt some turtles, etc.) First dude I went up to 1-shot my 89 monk. I stood there in ghost form in disbelief. Damn. I also tried the Tol Barad dailies, like kill 12 spiders, gather lumber. First spider I went to, it was a fight, got it down to 3/4's health, but so was my heath low, so had to abort via Shadowmeld.
Started a new NE rogue, and did the same exact sequence I always do. (Lot of practice from previous monk rerolls.) Without changing anything, I was behind in XP compared to previous toons just a couple of weeks ago. Had to grind some mobs so I could hit level 5 so I could start some Teldrassil quests.
One thing for sure, all of us are going to have to change our strategies to level a new toon...

So picked one of my random leveling iron hunters, Dvorman, in Felwood. Logged in. Scooted out to pick on a wolf. I swear the wolf's level indicator changed as I started attacking it, from 40 something to 50--my current level. Fair enough. Noticed, like everyone is saying, that it was taking a LOT longer to kill--and my poor pet was getting beat up bad. Finished off wolf, scooted back to the inn. So the patch is here, and it's what we expected. No more "overleveling" a zone to minimize danger. Sigh. Danger will be constant. But are we intrepid irons perturbed by this? Are we cowed by this new challenge? . . . . well, sure we are! It sucks. But we carry on, none the less. Because we're that way, god help us. (And the first person to level up through all 110 levels this way deserves some sort of fabulous award!)

Are there any caps on any of the zones, or does every single area scale with your level?

Starter Zones cap at 20.... old world at 60.... BC/WotLK at 80... etc.
And most have min level set at the level they used to be or lower.... Desolace 30-60, EPL 40-60, Blasted Lands 40-60 for example.

Look at this as a bad change AND a good change. Bad change because probably some classes will suck completely, but also a very good change for something like a hunter. Having this constant challenge is great to prepare you for the nightmare at level 100 and the Legion zones.

Thank you for the feedback I'm now in Zangarmarsh and leveled up to 62. Yay, 1 truly IRON level. Creatures like Boglash or Sporewing are an absolute PITA, they have 4 times + HP than we have and the fight takes about 1 min. To kill these or in general, named mobs (not Elite, just normal mobs that have 2x HP of unnamed mobs), as a rogue I need to use nearly all cd's like Evasion, Blink, racial quickpalm, etc. One small mistake ==> shadowmeld/vanish/run-away. Be extra-careful with named mobs that dot you with poison. Engaging two mobs has been impossible until now. Careful with Illidari Taskmasters and Imp packs in Hellfire Peninsula. You need to CC one of 3 mobs, but still having two mobs on you is quite hard. It's more difficult than it was pre-automatic spec (WoD or before), and comparing to pre-patch 7.3.5, it's MUCH more difficult. (To be honest, automatic spec made ironman a walk in the park, I leveled up 30-60 in a week with 0 danger. In the last 24 hrs, I was 100 times with 20% HP, 2-hit away from dying.) Any ironman that starts now and gets to 110 has my uttermost respect. /bow Carry on !!!
